Cover Story: As the global population ages, preserving cognitive health has become a major public health priority. Digital cognitive interventions offer innovative ways to deliver personalized cognitive training through computers, mobile applications, and virtual reality platforms. This systematic review and meta-analysis synthesizes evidence from 37 studies and highlights the growing potential of digital technologies to support cognitive health, particularly in individuals with mild cognitive impairment. By expanding access to engaging and scalable rehabilitation, digital interventions may help shape the future of cognitive care in an aging society. View this paper
